Nesting Blue Tits 2011

There were no Blue Tits nesting in either nest box in 2010.

Interest was shown in both nest boxes early in 2011 and a nest was built in the one on the front of the house with the first of eight eggs laid on 16th April.

Seven chicks hatched on the 7th and 8th May and two fledged on 23rd May.
